around! He fell in love with the King’s Head when he moved to the area 10 years ago. began working behind the bar shortly afterwards
South African-born Aletha received her training in five-star hotels, including the
Sheraton, Pretoria, before moving to England As restaurant manager, she ensures that The King’s Head’s reputation for excellent customer service remains unrivalled.
Although only 29 years old, Alex has worked alongside some of the country’s top chefsincluding Paul Reseigh at the George Hotel, Stamford, and Clive Dixon.
One of the region’s most talented young chefs, Alex has established The King’s Head’s reputation for good food by using local produce cooked to perfection and well presented.
